The third installment of the Musick series on Marco Haas and Apparat’s Shitkatapult imprint offers four more slices of maximal dance floor constructions. Off first is Drugbeat’s ‘Kill Yourself On The Dance Floor Tonight’, which rolls out huge, frazzled drum stomps and a decent serving of grainy electro noise; Uese’s ‘Cucuzza’ follows on in similar fashion with an incessant drive. On the flip, anyone seeking fierce electro/techno mash-ups should look no further than Holz’ ‘Splitter’ whereas the final cut ‘Miss Orange’ from President Ido and Cutie Kantie is sure to turn a few heads with its choppy Japanese vocal edit.
