New Jersey garage house king, Todd Edwards, revisits his vocal dabblings for the first time since he graced Daft Punk’s ‘Face to Face’ hit in 2004. In contrast to those heavily manipulated vocals, lead track ‘I Want You Back’, created alongside French producer Surkin, hears his voice unadorned and open, in lovelorn, crooning mode. The rest of the EP takes things up several notches with two shuffling, hybrid garage cuts.
