N.Racker AKA Sam McLoughlin and David Chatton Barker / Orphan team up once again alongside Bridget Hayden for a tape channelling all things eerie, tense, and sinister. A marked difference from the meditative bliss of their last tape The Heavenly Realms, TV Terror Land collages horror B-movie clips in gothic fashion, where ominously growling bass synths and mysterious whistles feature at every corner. Deeply intoning strings with a mournful quality and detuned toy piano plunks beckon the listener in on either side, followed by oscillating mellotrons and laboured breathing from the telephone receiver, all golden sounds from the 60s/70s/80s horror eras.
