Bleep

Originally recorded in May 2011, ‘Music for the Church of St. John the Baptist’ is made up of recordings from a concert, held in the Bristol church mentioned in the title, to launch fellow Emptyset label mates, Emptyset’s, album ‘Demiurge’. Sound designer, Paul Jebanasam, showcased his classical chamber music and drone-based works, so dramatic, dynamic and starkly arresting they now appear here in their own right.
