Stevie Moore is the bedroom producing DIY maverick responsible for one of the most magnetic, downright oddball and pure genius things we have heard in a long time. Over the space between 1974 and 1976 Moore was prolific in his quest to transfer the inner workings of his venerably eccentric mind to tape. The resulting piece of material is an edited distillation of several of these recordings ranging from rudimentary experimentation to audacious sophistication. This album stands as one of the cornerstones of the DIY movement left floating in the underground with its Frank Zappa style peculiarities and lo-fi aesthetics bouncing around the walls with maniacal weirdness.
