Nathan Fake returns to Border Community with ‘Iceni Strings’. The title-track is a typically bold and bright take on effervescent synths and vivacious electronic energy. ‘Sense Head’ meets head on with Fake’s own brand of brittle techno, the kind of take on the genre that is undeniably warm and inviting. Yet ‘Bauxite Dream’ pushes that idea to the background with more of an austere soundscape of icy industrialism.
