Gold Panda is issuing a new deluxe package up his 2022 LP The Work with a bonus 12” of remixes from beloved contemporaries and friends Daniel Avery and Skee Mask. Daniel Avery tries his hand at ‘I’ve Felt Better’ on the A side, flipping the hyperactive filter house original into an emotive floor-filler that shuffles nicely along a shaker and bass wobble beat. Skee Mask turns up side B with his take on ‘Plastic Future’, clearing out a lot of space for some classic hip hop breaks and some understated acidic bass synth lines.
