Russian artist, Monokle, lends his ambient skills to the French duo, Composer, with a deeply evocative remix of their ‘Check Chuck’ track for the Parisian imprint, Infine. Monokle forgoes the pop-dance of the original and instead immerses the track into a pool of effervescent water, synths wash over ambient drones and heavily processed vocals come cut from the original with a delicate touch of hand.
