‘Sine & Moon’ is the new long player from Australian artist, Jonti. A follow-up to his 2011 debut release on Stones Throw, ‘Sine & Moon’ similarly gravitates towards the DIY electronics and pop-coloured psychedelia that made a name for himself. The album opens on a lo-fi tip with ‘Saturday Night Songs’; from thereon in, the rest of the album finds Jonti borrowing from Beach Boys vocal harmonies, melancholy surf guitars and shuffling hip hop bass lines.
