Following on from the deadly effective ‘Pong’ and ‘Tweek’ releases, Senking returns to Raster-Noton with a double-sided onslaught of dark and distressing low-end diffusions. ‘The Dance Hall Walk’ plunders deep into the chasm, rough-neck subs quivering with devious purpose. Vocals come from text read by Michael Cramm and go some way into force-feeding a sense of mystery and menace into our craniums. ‘Closing Eyes’ goes for a similarly bleak outlook, with deep drone bass hovering below the surface.
