Jon Convex enlists the help of long-time production pal, dBridge, for some seriously dark electro stepping, set across three tracks. ‘Lied to be Loved’ is a bass-heavy affair with surprisingly love-torn vocals setting off some light writhing acid. ‘Zero’ stomps along with muffled sub bass and a slightly discordant yet rhythmically purposeful vibe. Lastly, ‘Stay’ closes things on a more leisurely and languid tip, warm synths taking you from the club to home.
