Cold Specks is the project from Canadian singer and songwriter, Al Spx. Born from the deep south and its wealth of musical traditions, Spx collects fatalist imagery and nods to the melancholy of the blues. Her voice comes unadorned and laid-bare, guitar rhythms come picked and spliced together with minimal fuss.
