Cologne producer Glitterbug presents his ‘Cancerboy’ album, a personal reflection on a large portion of his childhood spent journeying in and out of hospital struggling to overcome cancer. In terms of sound, the album travels ambient passages, eventually giving way to 4/4 structure and direction and midtempo dance floor rhythms.
