Slugabed has been making somewhat of a name for himself through various releases for the likes of Ramp Recordings, Planet Mu, and now seems to have nestled into somewhat of a home with his first full-length album for Ninja Tune. Footwork rhythms sit alongside electro-boogie mutations and bass heavy wonky-hop numbers. Expertly produced throughout, the young South-London producer shows a flair for diversity whilst maintaining a cohesive and uniquely Slugabed sound throughout the album.
