Huerco S. drops down a four-track EP on Wicked Bass. Opening track, ‘No Jack’, sets the mood, vocals full of soul, heavily processed and on loop reach out on top of a deep bass line and chords and spacey synth pads. ‘Bypass’ turns off down a different path, the mood just as bewitching, but this time the track pans out with ambience and minimal beats. ‘Untitled’ goes for a look that’s pure 90’s, raw and primitive, which Braille (one half of Sepalcure) then reworks into even deeper dimensions.
