The ever-enigmatic Shifted presents his debut full-length and the first album to be released by Mote-Evolver. Shifted further explores the dark imagery of previous twelves such as the ‘Control EP’ and ‘Telic’. It’s immediately apparent that we have a deeply methodical auteur at hand. His work comes thoughtfully arranged and considered. Moods switch with subtle flickering between sharp urgency to deep brooding menace and misunderstood forms of euphoria. Heavily recommended.
