Aaron Funk, otherwise known as, Venetian Snares, comes over all breakcore for his latest outing on Timesig, following on from his frankly brilliant and somewhat surprising last release on Planet Mu, 'Cubist Reggae'. 'Fool the Detector' is a four track collection that hurls itself through avant-garde braindance insanity and hyper-active break-beat mayhem on 'Foot the Detector'. Erratic patterns of drum work that though of an extreme psychotic disposition still come underpinned by a thick rhythmic pulse.
