With previous records for Dekmantel and collaborations with Marcel Dettmann, Anthony Parasole makes his L.I.E.S. debut on HEADRUSH. There’s a 90s hardcore energy present in the lacerating four to the floor rhythms of his new FULL EFX alias, put to good use in a selection of domineering beats. The opening title track is totally unforgiving with its relentless, heavy hitting punches. ‘Colorforms’ riffs off of this with kaleidoscopically moving techno, while the woozy vocal edits of ‘Friends’ make for a more nocturnal vibe.
