Being prolific is obviously something that comes naturally to Deerhunter's frontman, Bradford Cox, who here re-immerses himself in his solo project, Atlas Sound, with a new album that follows on hot on the heels from his four volume home recordings release from last year. Coming from an altogether different place, Cox seems to metaphorically step out from his bedroom solitude with an album of pop-soaked indulgence and intimate charm in stark comparison to the heavy introspection of previous work. Still the same however, is Cox's dreamy vocals that shimmer in all their star-gazing quality.
