Probably best known for their finely executed and direct minimal techno and house, French imprint, Infine, take a step in a slightly more different direction with the release of Cubenx' first studio album, 'On Your Own Again'. Drawing heavily on a number of influences, the long player sees the Mexican, Cesar Urbina, exploring territory as diverse as post-punk, psychedelia, shoegaze and Infine's more familiar terrain of house and techno. Also featured is a guest appearance from Alfredo Nogueira, Apparat's collaborator on 'A Devil's Walk'.
