New York brotherly duo Saint Abdullah team up with Dublin’s Eomac for an expansive new LP entitled Patience Of A Traitor. Written in tribute to Saint Abdullah’s homeland of Tehran, Traitor is something like the soundtrack to a visit at one of the Iranian city’s famous bathhouses. Meticulously produced and designed to reflect both the iconic architecture as well as the sanctity of the ages old bathing ritual, tracks like the distorted electro of ‘In One Corner The Male Relatives’ and clanging drone of ‘Tiles of The Facade’ are positively tactile, placing the listener well within those sacred walls.
