You might remember A-side 'Maybe Yes' from Rustie's FACT mix way back in 2009, a gentle track with peaceful synths fluttering around stuttering drums. Title track 'Spit' is built with tape hiss, and Samoyed's own soft vocals to create a track reminiscent of a down tempo Panda Bear. Lukid's remix on the flip turns 'Maybe Yes' into a chugging house track with a shimmering overlay and clipped vocals.
