Mercurial experimental collective The Zenmenn have teamed up once again with German vocalist John Moods for a full-length collaboration entitled Hidden Gem. Like The Zenmenn’s prior Music From Memory debut, Hidden Gem is an eclectic journey through 70’s FM soft rock gold with a few detours along the way. Things get a little hotter under the collar once the funky basslines of ‘Into The Heart Of The Matter’ hit, while the explorative ‘The Invisible Landscape’ goes fully new age during a tranquil extended intro. It all goes down real smooth nonetheless.
