Retro soundtrack enthusiast, and pseudo-score composer, Antoni Maovvi, drops another long-player for Seed. Also not shy of a couple of killer italo-disco pastiches for the label, 'Battlestar Transreplica' treads through the realm of the kind of soundtracks you would hear in the exploitative, Italian films of the early 80's. Don't expect the grandiose, panorama-scope arrangements of Morricone, but if you are a fan of the more sleazy electronics of Frizzi and the disco Simonetti, then this comes recommended.
