New York's Nowadays resident Tygapaw released one of 2020’s strongest techno LPs with her debut Get Free. Among its many admirers was the proprietors of her home club, Mister Sunday Night, who are finally giving this monster of an album the proper physical release it deserves (with updated artwork to boot). While the spoken word collaborations with the artist Mandy Harris Williams are all stunning, Get Free’s greatest moments come when Tygapaw dips into rave and hardcore, like on the show-stopping pair ‘Run 2 U’ and ‘So It Go.’
