Bristol’s Pessimist is back on the UVB-76 Music imprint with a double A single loaded up with a refinement of some of his classic moves. The opening ‘WPN-1’ rides an extended beatless sour-noted intro for nearly a minute before slamming on the gas with a supercharged 170BPM jungle break. It’s running mate on the flipside ‘WPN-2’ flexes a similar move–this time with a distant kick drum–before breaking down into a slower, nastier bit of hardcore that’ll equally get bodies moving on the floor.
