For a purveyor of such dizzying amounts of material, quite astoundingly Mark McGuire is still in his early twenties. With Emeralds he has cut myriad records, CDR's, cassettes, including of course, 2010's crossover LP for Mego. Now in the faintest drop of time since a solo full-length on Weird Forest landed, McGuire is back with this delightful foray into Vini Reilly guitar moves, misty Balearic pedal effects and lo-fi shoegaze blur.
