Kyle Hall returns to his own Wild Oats imprint for another prodigious chapter in Detroit's rich heritage of house music and techno. The liquid, intergalatic funk of 'Solar Jam' opens and it's quite obvious that the producer has had a blast weaving fuzzy Moog leads around the nebulous synth pads. Followed by the show-stopping, skewed acid of the luxuriously titled 'Dances With A Sun Goddess' - nodding towards the 303 ancestry of Chicago and the brilliantly scorching buzz of Theo Parrish's T.O.M Project collective. Needless to say, essential listening.
