To say Andrew Weatherall’s friendship with Heavenly Recordings proved fruitful would be a gross understatement. It was at Heavenly founder Jeff Barrett’s office where Weatherall first connected with Primal Scream before leaving his indelible mark on Screamdelica. In turn, Heavenly’s roster became Weatherall’s playground for pulling euphoric acid house out of indie rock. Weatherall put forth countless remixes that could easily change your life and Heavenly’s compiling of their friendship thankfully spans decades.
