Long serving Mu soldier iTAL tEK returns to the frontline after a series of killer twelve-inch plates for his own recently forged Atom River imprint. Two years since he last graced the full-length format with well regarded LP Cyclical, Midnight Colour is equally blessed with that album's grasp of neon-splattered, abstract melody-tones, lurching, mongrelised post-garage rhythmatics and vintage IDM programming. What's more this latest sees the producer alloy himself with Brainfeeding hip-hop grooves and burnt slow-techno.
