Lauren Flax and Posthuman made a pact after a b2b London show — to remix each other’s tracks, and put it out. With thanks to Balkan vinyl, the pact has been fulfilled with this disc, a blinding four-tracker of no-nonsense floor-fillers. Flax trips out on an acid-fuelled sunny day with ‘Endless Summer’, while Posthuman gets rave-ready on his remix. Flax returns the favour on the flip-side with her version of ‘Ottomen’, a squelching number that stacks the bpm higher than the storming original.
