After kicking off the Few Crackles imprint with his debut 7” back in 2018, enigmatic producer Bassæ returns with his similarly untitled follow-up. We’re still none the wiser about this producer, which is just as well as the bizarre world of garbled sonics, obtuse electronic geometries and scrambled vocal deliveries certainly sounds as if pulled into existence from a dream. The snaking woodwind of ‘d’ is perhaps the only discernible instrument across this disc.
