Norwegian saxophonist, composer and artist Bendik Giske has barely announced their debut album Cracks, and US titan of electronic music has already taken to its central track, ‘Cruising’. This disc features two remixes by Halo, who transforms the organic rasp of Giske’s track into an abstract club form. The second of the two goes for a different tact completely, as notes are whirled into a fluid drone, never quite becoming a single musical entity.
