Balkan Vinyl welcome Ukrainian Berlin-via-Chicago-based producer Alinka for a label debut stuffed full of that underground dungeon club goodness. Hotly tipped by the likes of Anz, Martyn Bootyspoon and Nick Höppner, Alinka holds the beat tightly at the 120 bpm mark and heaves the vibe between EBM shadowiness, viscous acid intonations and groove-fuelled hardware jams (see title track ‘Wild Calling’ for all of the above at once). Paranoid London’s Johnny Aux goes in for a murky remix of ‘Control’, while the same track is given a hectic electro makeover on the Nightwave remix.
