With 'Stars' he has alloyed himself with the fragile vocal flutter of singer Anneka and lays her falsetto in a twinkling scene of  gently buzzing electronica. A tender track, worlds removed from previous efforts. Slugabed, Raffertie, Few Nolder restore normal dancefloor service with a barrage of serious edits. While elsewhere Starkey meddles in some whacked out Kosmische electronics with two new tracks. Immense release.
