After two releases of tantalisingly unknown origin, the incredibly enigmatic Echo Ltd finally reveal a name on ECHO LTD 003 — and naturally, things are still as mysterious as ever. We know very little about SND & RTN (a person? A group? An entire collective?!), but that about feels right for the slow-burning dub meditations on their disc. It’s a classic vibe all-round; nothing but sparse percussion, ricochet delay effects and slight hints of structure.
