Trunk Records has always thrived off the curios and trinkets of music, like a grand emporium of the weird and wonderful, dusted down (or left enrobed in cobwebs, as and when it’s appropriate) and hoisted from the attic room where they were once kept. Do What You Love encompasses 25 years of Trunk’s fine work, hosting a mammoth collection of tracks ranging from the bouncy to the bizarre. You’ve got novelty lounge pop, vintage children’s TV themes, science experiments gone wrong and sex tape soundtracks. It’s truly a strange set of recordings, but we wouldn’t want anything less.
