Advisory Circle is of course former King Of Woolworth Jon Brooks and with this music he created a work in weird-thrall to BBC Radiophonia, freaky Kraut synthesis, samples dredged up from TV obscurity and all manner of deeply peculiar, definitely British half-memories of sonics past. Beautiful.
