Amsterdam’s Knekelhuis presents ...And Felt Like, a collection of nine tracks by an international array of artists including Michel Banabila, Philip Otterbach and Bashar Suleiman. Encompassing mostly ambient and cinematic pieces, it hosts a beguiling mixture of musique concrete and spoken word atop its masterfully textured works. Setting out to explore themes of togetherness and collective creativity in these particularly isolated times, there’s a cohesiveness which belies the disparate nature of its creation.
