Deep techno voyager Dino Sabantini contributes the latest edition of Delsin’s Mantis vinyl series. A studied practitioner in the dark hollows of the more meditative and psychedelic end of the techno spectrum, Mantis 06 is a masterclass in building atmospheres while maintaining a restrained approach. Forgoing the obvious characteristics of a techno track, tracks like ‘Dakarai’ and ‘Akanke’ sound more like shamanic seances, while still providing earth moving low-end motion.
