Since 2017, Future Sound of London have been compiling ‘Calender Albums’ - releasing one digital track per month, they then corral them together for an annual album release. Music From Calendars is eleven of their favourites from this period, showcasing what made their fans fall in love with them way back when. Opener ‘Frozen Air’ sets the tone - cinematic tension, scattered slow breaks, softly bedded synth bleeps and haunting chime melodies.
