Muscle Memory certainly feels like the culmination of some exceedingly fun times. Having taken some lessons on-board from riding shotgun with Zamrock legends Witch on their reunion tour, Dutch musicians Jacco Gardner and Nic Mauscoviç craft a truly timeless debut LP as Bruxas. There’s a hint of 1970s psych folded throughout these songs in the presence of faded synth leads, propelled by a press of the ‘Go’ button on some crisp-dried house drum machines.
