Acid & electro maverick DMX Krew presents Night Creatures, featuring the vocals of Blak Tony of Alien FM/Aux 88 infamy. Very much in the classic Detroit vein, it’s a jaunty little party tune built around drum machine breaks and a wiggler of a bassline, opening up with emotive synthesised strings as it progresses. As well as a dub and an acapella of the title track, it comes with two tracks on a similar tip on the B-Side. ‘Bounce Your Body’ is a breakin’ electro roller supercharged with rave stabs, with ‘Dynamic Jit’ closing on an uptempo live analogue jam tip.
