Radioactive Man kicks off his new 10” series Sonicus Croniclus on Asking For Trouble, with Volume 1 comprised of two club trax on a super limited 200 copy run. A-side ‘Unsaid’ combines various elements of the UK hardcore continuum with a mid-western US electro swagger. It’s a sub heavy stepper with warehouse hoover bass and fragmented amens peppered in amongst its militant strut. On the B, ‘Born in the USB’ is a more stripped and moody number, on a similar broken electro tip. Machine funk syncopation and space echo tails make it sure to kick up a fuss on dancefloors.
