Kreggo gets deep on Immaginario, a finely-tuned exploration of syncopated beat patterns and seabed basslines. The Italian-born artist has appeared (under various monikers) on labels like Lobster Theremin, Helena Hauff's Return To Disorder and Super Rhythm Trax, but for Immaginario, he works with a suitably open-plan label, Furthur Electronix. The blend of painstakingly-crafted rhythms and satin-like backdrops inspire both body and mind, conjuring otherworldly visions from a time we’re yet to experience. As well as the various shades of IDM, there’s pure deep techno on ‘B1’.
