Dublin-based label Winthorpe Electronics brings us Don’t Stop by storied Irish electro artist DeFeKt, following a heavyweight collaborative outing with Extrawelt on Feel My Bicep. Known for his live modular sets, Don’t Stop is four tracks of futurist inspired electro, cut with the stomp and impact of modern techno. The influence of the Detroit electro sound and Drexciya abound throughout, with scattered sci-fi vocal cuts layered over its cyberspace pads.
