Four trips into nineties warehouse nostalgia via Refreshers, the old school jungle focussed duo featuring the excellent Lukid. Seemingly crafted to waft into your mind via a passing car’s passenger window on a sunny day, title track ‘Way U Smile’ sets out in glorious fashion with a swerving array of pads and breaks. ‘Do U Remember’ dials up the prang a notch with a saturated, disjointed vocal lead before ‘Bells & Whistles’ guides you back onto warmer, dreamier turf. The lush atmospherics are given free roam to ruminate on outro ‘Moving Up Dub’, a fittingly ambient end for an extremely fun EP.
