The Mu drops this utterly essential retrospective of the work of one Terror Danjah, underground UK bass music supremo. This excellent selection of instrumentals throws light on of the most innovative grime producers of the early noughties; standing alone amongst contemporaries such as Target, Danny Weed and Wiley, Danjah bypassed the cold, brittle sounds of raw Grime production with purple--soft-synth psychedelia (pre-dating Joker, Gemmy. Guido et al. by some time) deviant drum programming, twitching, strafing bass pressure and a perverted avant-garde mischievousness running throughout.
