Dutch pillar Delsin Records continues its Eevo Lute re-release mission, this time presenting Wladimir M’s stone-cold classic ‘Evil’ on a full side of vinyl. The stomping, early techno track is a gem of the storied Eevo Lute catalogue and still bangs as hard as it did in 1991. Delsin calls on Ilian Tape’s core artist Skee Mask to update Wladimir M’s ‘Planet E’, originally released on Carl Craig’s label of the same name. Without the drum parts to work with, Skee Mask takes the vocal line and rebuilds it into a supercharged 140BPM breaker. A vocal version of ‘Disappointed’ is also included in the package, as Delsin cherry picks the finest of this cult label.
