An audiophile reissue of Pop Negatif Wastad’s rare, self-titled EP surfaces via avant-garde, crate digging specialists, Musique Plastique. Pop Negatif Wastad emerged from the late 80’s, Welsh music scene as a collaboration between Esyllt Anwyl and Gareth Potter. Their experimental style of synth-pop took cues from the early UK rave explosion and forged something unique, like New Order or Joy Division singing in Welsh.
